Return Policy
We will allow customers to return all full-priced items within 3 weeks of purchase with original tags and accompanied by the receipt. Item purchase price plus sales tax will be refunded LESS a 10% restocking fee to recoup our labor costs.
All returns at our store in Culpeper are issued in the form of store credit ONLY. Returns require the customer to create a "customer" record with us at the register. If an item is mailed to a customer, no refunds will be issued and the sale is final unless you can show us that the item was misrepresented.
We are unable to provide card or cash refunds, as each item is owned by a different consignor, and when a purchase is made, they are automatically paid out for the purchase.
All sales are considered final and although we do our best to ensure a high-quality item, most are pre-owned items, and the buyer needs to understand that we just can't guarantee they will hold up outside of the environment of the store. Items that have flaws are tagged as "as-is" - this means we are aware of their flaws, and the price reflects that.
However, we always want to know if an item has a massive failure soon after your purchase, because this is a learning opportunity for us, so please contact us and send a photo via text or email, or bring the item by the store, so that we can learn from our mistakes and offer partial compensation.
