Return Policy
In-Person Returns at Store in Culpeper, VA
We will allow customers to return all full-priced items within 3 weeks of purchase with original tags and accompanied by the receipt. Item purchase price plus sales tax will be refunded LESS a 10% restocking fee to recoup our labor costs.
Return for Store Credit Only - Does not Apply to Online Purchases
All returns at our store in Culpeper are issued in the form of store credit ONLY. Returns require the customer to create a "customer" record with us at the register. If an item is mailed to a customer, no refunds will be issued and the sale is final unless you can prove to us that the item was misrepresented.
No Cash or Credit Refunds are Possible
We are unable to provide card or cash refunds, as each item is owned by a different consignor, and when a purchase is made, they are automatically paid out for the purchase.
The Nature of Pre-Owned Items
Most of our inventory is pre-owned, and as such the buyer should expect that items may not be perfect. Any flaw we see will be called out where possible. We do our very best to ensure every item is inspected in great detail, but we are human. All sales are considered final and the buyer needs to understand that we just can't guarantee the item will hold up outside of the environment of the store when washed, worn etc. Items that have identified flaws are tagged as "as-is" - this means we are aware of their flaws, and the price reflects that.
Unusual Circumstances
All of the above being said, however, we always want to know if an item has a massive failure soon after your purchase, because this is a learning opportunity for us, so please contact us and send a photo via text or email, or bring the item by the store, so that we can learn from your situation and offer partial compensation.
